Cancellation Policy

If PIMA receives notification by June 1st, a full refund may be requested. After that date, PIMA will provide a 50% refund.

Lodging at the PIMA rate may be secured only after registering and reservations secured only via the PIMA link. The deadline for housing reservations is June 1st.
