Advertising Compliance Manual

The PIMA Advertising Manual, updated and republished in April 2013, is provided to PIMA members as a complimentary benefit to assist in the preparation of advertising copy and marketing & solicitation material that meets statutory and regulatory compliance requirements. The manual is in CD-Rom form and is available for sale to non-members for $495.

Online TPA Manual

The TPA Manual is provided to PIMA members as an invaluable complimentary membership benefit, in partnership with First Consulting & Administration, Inc. It contains a guide to state statutes, regulations and procedures that insurance program Administrators need to know for proper compliance. The online manual is efficiently indexed with active hyperlinks to relevant resources including licensing application forms and is regularly updated.
