Online TPA Manual

The TPA Manual is provided to PIMA members, as a complimentary benefit in partnership with First Consulting & Administration, Inc. It contains a guide to the state statutes, regulations and procedures that insurance program Administrators need to know to assist in proper compliance. The online manual is efficiently indexed with active hyperlinks to relevant resources. The manual is regularly updated. The TPA Manual is available to all PIMA members in the members only section.
